Tilapia Ceviche Tutorial, HCG Phase 2

I love love LOVE! Ceviche!

My dad first introduced me to it when I was 19. How did I live for 19 years with out it!
At first I was a little on edge about not cooking the fish but I trusted my dad.

When he handed me my first bite on a tortilla chip, “sigh” yum!

Anyway, after you mix it all up leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours and the fish will be fully cooked. (Mine looked and tasted great after 30 mins, but you must bee the judge of that).

You can eat this as a full meal by itself, or have it as a snack every once and a wile when your feeling a bit peckish. I have had 2-3 bites randomly throughout the day and still loss weight on HCG. (again your the judge on that)

Ingredients
100g Tilapia, White fish or Shrimp
3 Tbsp Lemon
1 Medium Tomato (diced)
1 Tbsp Onion (chopped)
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
Fresh cilantro (diced)
Dash of Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Add lemon juice, onion and garlic. Mix well.
Stir in chopped cilantro.
Stir in diced tomatoes.
Add a little hot sauce. (optional)
add salt and pepper to taste
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve chilled
