1 cup EVOO or coconut oil – sorry i think i forgot to mention in the video!!!
2 packs Stevia
1 tsp Salt
1.5 cups Coconut flour (sifted)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
blend all ingredients , but coconut flour
sift in coconut flour
mix and transfer to loaf forms
sprinkle topping of choice, poppy seeds or sesame seeds
bake 40 min @ 350
